Antares is in the centre of Selva Gardena.

The Ciampinoi cable car is about 500m away, while if you want to start from Dantercepies, it is about a 1km walk.

The nearest hospital is in Bolzano, about 50 km away (1 hour’s drive).

You can purchase tickets directly on the bus or online at https://www.altoadigemobilita.info/it/ticket/mobile-ticketing/acquista-e-convalida-i-biglietti-online. Remember that the free South Tyrol Mobilcard you will receive includes all local transport from 00:00 on the day of arrival to 23:59 on the day of departure.

We are not equipped to provide a transfer or shuttle service. Thanks to the card you will receive on arrival, you are entitled to use local public transport free of charge, even on the day of arrival or departure. Contact us (contact details at the bottom of the page) once you have paid the deposit for your booking to obtain the codes and activate your card to use public transport to get to us.

Yes, of course, the Mobil Card is valid from the day of arrival, even for travelling to the hotel. To issue it, we need all your check-in details and a valid direct email address (not your OTA email address).

We do not have an affiliated taxi company, but there are several companies we use depending on the customer’s needs.

You can reach Val Gardena with SAD buses operating from Bolzano.

You do not need to book a session at the gym, but please ask for the keys at reception.

Access to the gym is permitted to those over 18 years of age.

The gym has a lat machine, a chest press, a recline bike, a treadmill and wall bars.

No, the spa is not open to non-guests.

Yes, access to the spa is included in the price of your stay, but you must book your session at reception to avoid overcrowding.

The use of swimwear in the SPA is optional.

Access to the SPA is recommended for those over 14 years of age. Given the temperatures in the sauna, it is preferable for guests to be 18 or older.

During the winter season, a massage service is available. Ask for the list at reception or view it on your phone by scanning the QR code on the table in your room.

Access to the SPA is subject to a fee and must be booked in advance. Sessions last 1-hour in order to offer all interested guests a moment of relaxation and wellness.

Local public transport and the ski bus are included in the Mobil Card Altoadige, which is sent free of charge to every guest upon arrival. Check your email and ask at reception if you have not received it.

Yes, access to the SPA is by reservation only in order to offer a better wellness experience. Thank you for your understanding. The outdoor sauna is available free of charge if the wellness area is booked out for the entire day.

To access the swimming pool and SPA directly, go to the first floor and use the dedicated lift next to room 106.

The Antares SPA features a bio sauna, a Finnish sauna, invigorating cold showers, a Turkish bath, a relaxation room, a single whirlpool tub, a herbal tea corner and a fresh water fountain.

We do not have an agreement with Val Gardena Active.

We do not offer packages that include ski passes or discounts on purchases. We recommend purchasing online in combination with the Hotel Skipass Service or picking them up at the machines located at the bottom station.

The Antares SPA is open by appointment from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m.

No, we do not have a children’s pool or a shallow area.

We work with the 2000 ski school. Instructors will be at reception upon your arrival to help you organise your ski lessons.

In the SPA we have a single hot tub, which is emptied after each use for maximum hygiene.

Due to the characteristics of the pool, a lifeguard is not required. However, one of our staff members can intervene at any time to ensure compliance with the pool rules, even kindly asking those who do not comply to leave.

Yes, children are welcome, but we ask that children under the age of 14 be accompanied by a parent in the pool area (even if not in the pool).

No, swimming caps are not compulsory in the pool.

The pool is 140 cm deep and there is no lifeguard service.

The water temperature is around 30°C, perfect for relaxing or swimming, especially in the morning when the pool is quieter.

If you book directly, our team will be at your disposal for any booking-related needs and you can take advantage of a free parking space in the covered car park. In Val Gardena, night skiing is not available, but on some full moon evenings, you can try cross-country skiing at the Monte Pana Cross-Country Centre in S. Cristina with free equipment hire.

Yes, the building has a lift.

The TVs in our apartments have a limited selection of foreign language channels. It is not possible to use streaming services or connect external devices, as the TVs are not connected to the internet.

For safety reasons, the room or flat cannot be occupied by more people than indicated in the booking. All guests must be registered at reception upon arrival.

You can use our Wi-Fi in your room and in the common areas free of charge. Look for the little display in your room or apartment, the password is shown beneath the QR code.

In the event of early departure due to force majeure, please send the documentation by email. The management will review your case and may decide to issue a voucher to be used for a future stay.

If you have not yet arrived, you can change your booking. We recommend that you contact the property (using the contact details at the bottom of the page) for assistance from a staff member. If you are already at the property, check with reception for availability.

If you have booked a free cancellation rate, you can change your booking until the free cancellation period expires. The non-refundable prepaid rate is the most advantageous and does not allow for changes. We recommend stipulating a cancellation insurance to protect yourself in case you are unable to travel due to circumstances beyond your control.

To be sure you can leave in the afternoon, you must also book the night following your departure. Otherwise, we can only confirm the last check out at the last minute.

In accordance with Italian law, we require documents of all guests upon arrival.

We have a room available where you can leave your bicycles, with sockets to recharge batteries. Please note that, at certain times, access is only possible under the supervision of one of our staff members.

There is a ski room with heated lockers. Open the locker assigned to you (it has the same number as your room/apartment) with the key provided. For your safety and to avoid damage to the furniture, it is forbidden to enter the hotel with your boots on.

Yes, we have a multi-storey car garage suitable for vehicles with a maximum height of 250 cm, with two charging stations for electric cars. One parking space per room or apartment is free for those who book directly on our website.

Ask at reception if there are parking spaces available on the day of departure, we will be happy to accommodate your request. Remember to leave your parking ticket visible so that we can contact you if necessary.

Booking.com and other OTAs calculate the tourist tax in advance based on the number of people indicated at the time of booking. The tax is not charged in advance because it depends on the actual guests, so it must paid on site, as we can only calculate it once you have provided us all IDs.

Please go to reception to let us know you have arrived. We can store your luggage and, if available, assign you a temporary parking space. We will let you know if your accommodation is ready before check-in time.

Thank you for completing the online check-in. As soon as we have checked your documents, we will provide some useful information and you can go straight to your accommodation. Check-in will be quicker and faster, but completing the online check-in does not currently entitle you to priority access.

We have 3 check-in parking spots available, located right next to the entrance to our garage. If they are already occupied, call us on 0471795400 to have the garage opened and park in P1 to complete your check-in. If you are staying in the residence, do not unload your luggage as it will be more convenient to do it from your assigned parking space.

Rooms are available for check-in from 3:00 p.m. and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Luggage storage is available, and it is generally possible to leave your car parked in our garage in case of early arrival or late departure.
