We are aware that the situation is extremely critical worldwide. That's why we decided to adopt cancellation policies that are as favourable as possible for our guests. If you booked a rate with free cancellation, you can cancel your booking straightaway without incurring any penalties until 3 (instead of 7) days before the start of your stay. If, on the other hand, you booked a rate that you paid for in advance, you don't need to worry. You'll receive a voucher that you can use to book your next holiday by the summer of 2021 and enjoy the natural beauty of the Dolomites.
The rules outlined above apply to all bookings for the summer of 2020, regardless of when they were made.
Right from the outbreak of Covid-19, the Residencehotels Group has been committed to strictly comply with the World Health Organization's guidelines regarding hygiene and safety (minimum distances, disinfection and sanitisation, etc.). We constantly update our practices based on any new regulations to make sure everyone is completely safe.
We always offer a better rate, with a 5% to 10% discount compared to other portals. In addition, we provide useful advice to choose the right property, room or apartment for you. No one else can give you the support offered by our team.

You can make your down payment using your credit card, bank transfers, postal orders or a voucher. If you directly book online on our website, depending on the rate you select, you may be required to enter your credit card information as a guarantee, to pay with your credit card or using a bank transfer.
You can check-in from 5.30pm. If you arrive early, please leave your luggage in the reception area. While you wait for your parking spot to become available, you can leave your car in one of the pay and display car parks at the ski lifts or wherever else you wish. You can check-in from 5.30pm. Because Residence Boè doesn't have a reception area, please go to Hotel Antares, on Selva di Val Gardena main street (via Meisules 195). It's open 24/7 and you can ask for your keys there. If you selected an offer that you paid for in advance, please send a picture of IDs for every guest, after which you can enter the property by generating electronic keys for your apartment with the phone support of our team.
Rooms are available from 3pm. You should leave yours by 10am.

You're kindly invited to please leave your apartment by 10am, so we can clean it and get it ready before the next guests arrive. If you'd like to go for one last walk or do some shopping in the town centre, you're free to leave your luggage in the storage room. You can pick them later.
Sure! We'll take care of it for you. At Residence Contrin in Canazei e Garni Aritz B&B in Campitello di Fassa, you can even have a shower before you leave.
Yes. Arrive to find your beds already made up and bathroom linen for every guest. Towels are changed mid-stay for stays of at least one week. If you stay for at least two weeks, towels are changed three times and all bedding is replaced mid-stay. You can ask the reception for replacement linen at any time, though you'll be charged a small fee.
No, there aren't. All you are asked to pay is the tourist tax, which is required by law. Electricity is included. On departure day, you must clean the kitchenette and take the bin out. If you don't, you'll be charged a 55 EUR penalty.
Yes, as long as they aren't more than the apartment can accommodate. No surcharges apply, except for the tourist tax. For public safety reasons, every guest is required to check-in at the reception desk upon arrival. Should the number of guests change compared to what you originally booked, please inform us by the day before your arrival so that we can provide the linen needed and confirm availability.
We love our mountains and have eco-friendly policies in place, so you can find all the right instructions at our properties to separate your own waste according to municipal regulations. Each property has a room where the various waste types should be put in the corresponding bins.
A laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer is available at Residencehotel Ambiez, Residence Contrin, Residence Lastei, Residencehotel Antares and Residence Boè. A laundry service is available on demand at Garni Aritz and Hotel Antares.
Beds are made up for as many guests as booked. For wallbeds and sofa beds, pillows and blankets are stored in wardrobes. If you have special requests (e.g. split beds, cribs or bed rails), please tell us in advance.
You find steel pans, a colander, a coffee machine, kitchen knife and scissors, a bread knife, salad bowls, coffee and tea cups, cutlery, dishes and glasses for every guest. In smaller kitchens, pots are in the cupboards, while other kitchenware may be stored in the living area.
Apartments and aparthotels don't exactly offer the same services as hotels. Cleaning, for instance, is not provided. If you wish, however, we can arrange it for a fee. The same applies to linen replacement.
Of course! All you have to do is contact us and check their availability with our staff. If the travel crib is in excess of the maximum number of guests that the apartment can accommodate, a daily fee applies.
Yes, but only in our Superior Flats 5 with alcove.
Each aparthotel has a limited number of apartments for guests travelling with pets. They're generally at ground level, with tile or laminate flooring and direct access to a garden. You can only book these accommodations by phone or email, and should specify that you're bringing one or more pets with you. Pets aren't allowed in common spaces, where other guests may be present. Pets aren't allowed in Hotel Antares and Garni Aritz B&B.

Yes. All our properties have one. It's generally where ski equipment is stored in winter. Please make sure you bring padlocks or other locking systems with you, as this area is unattended.
You can rent a private garage to park your bicycle.
Yes. Our rooms and apartments all have wall or standard hair-dryers.
A mountain holiday offers so many outdoor opportunities that we chose not to have specific entertainment options in place. However, all our properties (except Residence Lores and Residence Boè) have games or play areas where kids can have a good time under the supervision of an adult.
No, we haven't. However, if you have Sky Go, you can use our complimentary internet connectivity to watch your favourite shows. Please check if internet connection is indeed available in the property you're going to stay at.
Yes, there are some in English.
Residence Contrin, Residence Lores and Residence Boè don't have a lift. Some loft apartments at Residence Lastei aren't served by the lift.

There's a bus stop about 100 metres away. If you're coming from either Trento or Brescia, please check that the terminus is Campo Carlo Magno. If, on the other hand, you're coming from Malè-Dimaro, please check that the terminus is Madonna di Campiglio. The bus stop is called 'Funivia Grostè' (Grostè cable car).
If you're coming from either Bolzano or Chiusa, get off at the 'Funivia Ciampinoi' (Ciampinoi cable car) bus stop, 200 metres away from our property.
Stop at the Ciampinoi cable car, 200 metres from our property, then walk down until Hotel Antares, which you find on your right.
Take a bus to Selva di Val Gardena and get off at the 'Funivia Ciampinoi' (Ciampinoi cable car) stop. After checking-in at Hotel Antares, you'll be shown the easiest way to walk to your apartment (just 600 metres away) through a pedestrian path that you can take from the local playground, behind the ice arena to the right of the cycle lane.
We recommend that you get to your apartments driving a rented or your own car, as they're scenically located outside the town centre, on the mountain side. First, though, you should check-in at our partner property Hotel Antares in Selva di Val Gardena. If you reach Santa Cristina by bus, get off at the 'Ristorante La Posta' (La Posta restaurant) - if you're travelling towards Selva - or 'Municipio' (town hall) stop - if you're travelling towards Ortisei. From here, walk towards the church on Strada Chemun, then take the pedestrian street towards Residence Boè (which is about 800 metres away, with a vertical drop of 150 metres).
We recommend that you get to your apartments driving a rented or your own car. In order to reach San Martino using public transport, you need to get to the Feltre railway station, which however isn't served by major lines.
Get off at the bus stop in Campitello town centre, then take the street towards the Col Rodella cable car. In winter, you can take the Fly Ski Shuttle.
Get off at the 'Funivia Belvedere' (Belvedere cable car) stop, then walk 100 metres to get to our aparthotel. In winter, you can take the Fly Ski Shuttle.
All our properties are close to ski lifts or ski bus stops. Residence Boè and Residence Lastei guests can take the ski bus for free. Minibus transfers for kids taking group ski lessons are available from all properties.

The free ski bus, which takes you to the Ces-Tognola and Colverde-Rosetta ski lifts, stops in front of this property. The ski bus also goes up to the Passo Rolle ski area.

The cost of your stay includes a parking spot in the garage. The minimum height is 205 cm, but we have some available for a fee with a minimum height of 250 cm in case you have special requirements. There is also a small outdoor car park in front of the entrance where you can leave your car while you're checking-in.
To make your stay as convenient as possible, we'll soon build a new multi-level underground car park to replace the existing outdoor one. Work is scheduled for the summer of 2021. Because this is going to be a complex process, we are currently unable to guarantee that a parking spot will be available for each booking. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience.
To make your stay as convenient as possible, we're increasing the number of indoor parking spots by building a new underground car park that will be connected to the existing garage. Work will be carried out while our hotel is closed. Until it's completed, though, we can't guarantee that enough parking spots will be available for every room. The end of this expansion is currently estimated for the summer of 2021.

There's a free parking spot in the garage for every apartment. In the light of the car park layout, quite a few manoeuvres may be needed for vehicles to park and leave. Our suggestion is that you park in the spots for two cars put side by side with fronts pointing in opposite directions to make getting out of your vehicle easier. This is especially important in winter, when it often snows and guests need to keep their cars indoors.
If you wish, you can park in our outdoor car park (it's free, but with a limited number of parking spots) or in the garage (on demand, for a fee). Alternatively, you can leave your car in the public, free unattended car park in front of our property.

The tourist tax is mandatory and varies depending on the location and the hotel or the aparthotel category. During the booking process, the daily cost of this tax is specified. There is no tourist tax for tourists younger than 14 years old. Because it is associated with someone being physically present, you should only pay it once you get to the property.
Do I need to wear a swim cap at the Residencehotel Ambiez swimming pool? In order to ensure a better water quality and a reduced use of chemicals, we kindly ask our guests to please wear swim caps while they're at the swimming pool. If you don't have one, you can buy it from the reception desk.

You can rent them. If you have to pay to enter the spa, towels are included. At Hotel Antares, they're directly provided in your room. To use the spa/chill-out area, you need to book in advance, especially during high season. To ensure a fully relaxing experience, at those times access is limited to a given number of guests per hour.

Throughout the winter season, we give our guests the chance to buy a ski area lift ticket at a discounted price. Such discounts vary from 10% to 35% depending on the time of the year and the ski lift ticket type. When you check in at our property, you receive a voucher that you then have to show at the ski lift ticket office in order to benefit from a discount. Please remember that ski lift tickets for children aged 8 or under are free, but you should take your kids with you and show their IDs when you purchase the ticket.
In January, a discounted ski lift ticket+stay package is available that you must buy and pay for before you arrive. In March, we participate in the Dolomiti Supersun promotion: if you stay for 7 nights, you get a one-day discount on your stay (you pay for 6 nights instead of 7) and your ski lift ticket (you pay for 5 days instead of 6).

The 2,5 km long red Colverde slope, with a vertical drop of about 500 metres, is floodlit at least one day a week in winter. Check when it is open at night.
