Italian Taste meets Alpine Specialities
Start your day with a breakfast buffet that delights every sense: homemade cakes and croissants, fresh bread, local jams, cheeses, cold cuts, and eggs, accompanied by cappuccino, coffee, and fresh squeezed juices. Crepes, pancakes, and avocado toast are prepared on request at our live cooking station.
In the evening, enjoy a gourmet dinner experience: a buffet of starters followed by four exquisite courses featuring seasonal Italian recipes and Dolomites specialties.
Once a week, the grand dessert buffet will satisfy those with a sweet tooth, while our weekly Tyrolean dinner offers local favorites such as canederli, apple strudel, and Sacher torte.
