The centre of Campiglio is about 1 km away. You can reach it by walking downhill on the sidewalk that runs alongside the provincial road and then entering the village near the Hotel Bertelli. To return, it is a 20-minute walk uphill from Piazza Brenta Alta. During the day, you can go downhill using the ski bus (for a fee) in winter and the park shuttle buses (free if you have the Dolomeet Card) in summer.
Two ski lifts, the Grostè cable car and the new 10-seater Fortini cable car, are 200 metres from our residence. Going up to Grostè, you can reach the highest slopes of the ski area at an altitude of 2,500 metres, while the Fortini takes you to the east-facing slope with morning sun and connections to Folgarida, Marilleva and Pinzolo. With your skis on, you can descend the Grotte slope (or the slope behind our residence, snow conditions permitting) to reach a third lift, the Spinale cable car, which offers beautiful views of the Brenta Group.
The most convenient and closest supermarket is the Coop in Campo Carlo Magno, with ample parking (https://maps.app.goo.gl/TBvBRtsAvhgKAtkT6). If you wish to go to the centre of Madonna di Campiglio, we recommend the Coop in Piazza Righi (https://maps.app.goo.gl/TBvBRtsAvhgKAtkT6), which has longer opening hours, or the Market Ballardini (https://maps.app.goo.gl/TBvBRtsAvhgKAtkT6) for delicacies and typical products.

There are two hospitals near the Residencehotel Ambiez: one in Tione (30 km away) and one in Cles (35 km away), both of which can be reached in about 30-40 minutes. No, we do not have a hotel shuttle bus. In winter, you can use the ski bus to get to the centre of Madonna di Campiglio during the day. In summer, there are park shuttle buses, which are free if you have the Dolomeet Card.
Yes, of course. We can issue the Mobil Card from the day of arrival, and you can use it right away for your trip. Contact reception on the numbers below to get it in a few minutes.
We do not have an affiliated taxi company, but there are several companies we use depending on the customer’s needs.
You can get to Campiglio with Flixbus or Trentino Trasporti buses. At certain times of the year, there is also a motorway bus service from Milan. In winter, the Fly Ski Shuttle service is also available on weekends from the main airports in the north-east.
You do not need to book a session at the gym, but please ask for the keys at reception.

Access to the SPA is recommended for those over 14 years of age. Given the temperatures in the sauna, it is preferable for guests to be 18 or older.

With the Trentino Guest Card, which is free for all guests and included in the local card, use of local public transport is always free. The ski bus is a separate service and must be paid for separately.

Yes, we work with 5 Laghi Ski rental, which offers our guests a 10% discount, a shuttle service to and from the rental shop, and the option of returning skis to our hotel instead of having to go back to them. It is not possible to rent gloves or ski goggles.
We work with the 5 Laghi ski school. An instructor will be there when you arrive to help you organise your lessons, transport to the ski rental is free of charge.
No, there is no hot tub.
Due to the characteristics of the pool, a lifeguard is not required. However, one of our staff members can intervene at any time to ensure compliance with the pool rules, even kindly asking those who do not comply to leave.

It is not possible to ski at night in Madonna di Campiglio as the Miramonti slope is only lit for competitions. However, there are dedicated ski touring routes that can be safely used when the snow groomers are not in operation. To try it out, you can rent equipment from one of the specialist shops in the village (Olimpionico or Noleggio del Brenta) and check the calendar!

Upon arrival, you will find two rolls of toilet paper, a bar of soap, a bottle of shower gel and a bottle of shampoo in the bathroom. In the kitchen, you will find reusable placemats, a tea towel and a kit with washing-up liquid (a dishwasher tablet if there is one in the apartment), sponges and some bags for recycling.
Towels are changed after 3/4 nights for weekly stays only. Bed linen is changed after 7 nights for fortnightly stays. Extra changes must be agreed with reception and are not included.
The initial supply of towels and bed linen is always included on arrival. For weekly stays, towels are changed free of charge halfway through your stay. For two-week stays, bed linen is changed free of charge after the first week. Please contact reception to arrange any extra linen changes.
In the event of early departure due to force majeure, please send the documentation by email. The management will review your case and may decide to issue a voucher to be used for a future stay.

We have a room available where you can leave your bicycles, with sockets to recharge batteries. Please note that, at certain times, access is only possible under the supervision of one of our staff members.
There is a ski room with heated lockers. Open the locker assigned to you (it has the same number as your room/apartment) with the key provided. For your safety and to avoid damage to the furniture, it is forbidden to enter the hotel with your boots on.
Please stop by the reception to leave your details. You can use the swimming pool and, if there is availability, acces the spa upon a fee. You are also welcome to relax at the bar, read a book, or use the Wi-Fi. The gym and game rooms are also at your disposal.

Booking.com and other OTAs calculate the tourist tax in advance based on the number of people indicated at the time of booking. The tax is not charged in advance because it depends on the actual guests, so it must paid on site, as we can only calculate it once you have provided us all IDs.

Thank you for completing the online check-in. As soon as we have checked your documents, we will provide some useful information and you can go straight to your accommodation. Check-in will be quicker and faster, but completing the online check-in does not currently entitle you to priority access.
You can park in the dedicated check-in spaces, in front of the main entrance. Please do not unload your luggage, in most cases it will be more convenient to do so from your assigned parking space in the garage, where you’ll park after checking-in.
The apartments are available for check-in from 4 p.m. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at reception and access the swimming pool. If you arrive by car you can leave your car in the paid car park of the nearby facilities, until your parking space is available. Please let us know your arrival time in advance and we will do our best to get your apartment ready for you as soon as possible. On departure day, please check-out by 10:00 am.
